COIN Continuity Innovation BV (COIN) can process your personal data because you are using the services of COIN and/or because you have provided this data yourself by completing a form on the COIN website. COIN can process the following personal data:

Why COIN needs this data

  • Contract performance

COIN can use your personal data within the framework of performing a contract for services that has been concluded with you, for example in order to send you a newsletter.

  • To contact you after a call-back request

COIN processes your personal data in order to be able to call you if you have requested a call-back and/or to write to you (by e-mail and/or post) in the event you cannot be contacted by telephone.

  • Newsletter

It you subscribe to our newsletter your permission for this will be requested twice. Firstly, you enter your details on our website, after which you receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains a link that you click on to confirm that you wish to subscribe to the newsletter.

To be able to send a personalised newsletter we require your e-mail address and your full name. This information is only used for sending the newsletter. COIN uses this information to optimise, improve and protect the operation of the website. COIN can share this data with third parties or third-party applications such as Google Analytics. This data shall only be shared with third parties in order to optimise, improve and protect COIN’s website.
